TERMS AND CONDITION

Custom item sales are final, because it’s designed for you, by you with your personalized design. NO REFUNDS on custom items unless damaged upon arrival. Proof of damages must be sent to us via email info@imprintzondemand.org within 7 days of receiving item(s). All Images or design must be email to us.

Time Frame

Please allow 2-3 business days from the date of payment for your items to be ready to shipped or ready for pick up.

WE DO NOT process any RUSH orders.

Shipping

All items are shipped via USPS. when your order is ready to be shipped, we will email you a tracking number.

We do not offer any refunds for custom Items, If there are any damages or mistakes, such as a hole, rip or improper stitching on our behalf, we are willing to correct the issue. a refund will not be issued.

We cannot change the shipping address once its shipped
